Mercer&Sons Return Policy

All our shirts are individually made to order, which makes having a standard return policy challenging. However, we want you to be happy with your new shirt and recognize sizing can be confusing.

To help you get your perfect shirt, we recommend calling us directly (800-705-2828) or referring to our “how to measure” page. Please review our size specifications carefully. If you are unsure about your measurements, reach out to us directly. 

Remember that slight variations are normal (no measurement is perfectly exact); making the perfect shirt is more of an art than a science.  

 Return Eligibility:

• Standard Size Shirts: Shirts ordered in standard collar sizes (14 ½" - 17 ½") and sleeve lengths (32"-36") may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase receipt. Shirts must be in unworn/unwashed condition to receive store credit.

 Final Sale Items:  

• Shirts with collar sizes 18" and above
• Tall sizes
• Custom shirts (includes any shirt using custom sizing, tailoring options, and monogramming)
• Formal tuxedo shirts
• In-stock shirts purchased on our “in-stock” page, marked final sale
• Boxers

Custom Sizing Considerations: We are cautious when advising customers about custom sizing. We encourage customers to err on a little ‘too big’ rather than ‘too small.’ Sizing up a little is always a safer bet and guarantees you’ll get full use of your new shirt. We are happy to make minor adjustments to optimize fit in future orders.
